DELIVERY

Say It With Flowers delivers across Melbourne including the CBD and Hospitals. Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday, excluding all Public Holidays.

A note for the recipient can be printed on a gift card for the recipient. Required details must be written in the ‘Add a Gift Card Message for the Recipient’ on the checkout page.

Our in house delivery team takes great care to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely and safe manner. Please ensure that the recipient will be at the specified location on the day of your order. It is imperative that you provide the correct delivery address and include contact details of the recipient. If incorrect delivery details are provided, additional delivery charges will apply and same day re-delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Please advise of any special instructions e.g. security gate. If the recipient is not home when we arrive, the driver will leave the items if they deem it safe to do so. If it is not appropriate to leave the items, the driver will return them to our store until further arrangements are made. This will incur further delivery charges. Same day re-delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Once the items have been delivered, Say It With Flowers will not accept liability for any loss or damage if items are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

For same day delivery, orders must be received by 12pm AEST. Say It With Flowers cannot promise delivery times. If you require flowers to be delivered at a specific time of day please contact Say It With Flowers on (03) 9822 1423.

PICK UP

Flowers and Gift Products can be collected from our Malvern Store at 1363 High Street during our operating hours.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Shipping is only available on select products and does not include Gift Baskets, Design Your Own Gift Baskets, Flowers, Plants or bulky items.

Shipping orders can only be placed via the Website and not instore or via phone orders.

While we accept orders from all over the world, we currently only ship within Australia. We cannot ship to a PO Box and need a physical address.

Once the items have been delivered, Say It With Flowers will not accept liability for any loss or damage if items are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is $15.00 Australia wide for all pre-designed gift boxes.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

Generally shipping takes 2-5 business days for metro areas, but can take up to two weeks to remote areas.

If you are sending a gift and want it to arrive on time, why not send it early? We can attach a PLEASE DON’T OPEN ME UNTIL note on the delivery box. That way you can be confident that the gift will arrive on time. In the ‘Delivery / Pickup Instructions’ box just add a note with Opening Instructions, ie ‘Please open me on Mother’s Day’, ‘PLEASE DO NOT OPEN until Father's Day’ or ‘Please place me under the Christmas tree and open me on Christmas Day’, etc.

OTHER IMPORTANT DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

ATL means that if no one is at the nominated address when delivery is attempted, the parcel can be left somewhere safe at that location. To avoid possible inconvenience, we specify ATL wherever possible. If you do not want ATL, please let us know in the special instructions at checkout. Once parcels are delivered to the nominated address, we accept no responsibility for loss.

CORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS

It's really important that we receive accurate delivery addresses as there may be delays and/or re-delivery fees for changes to addresses. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect, will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. If the mistake is ours, we will pay all re-delivery fees and replace/refund gift boxes as required, however, we accept no responsibility for deliveries made where incorrect addresses are supplied and deliveries are subsequently made.

DAMAGED PARCELS OR ITEMS

In the unfortunate event of a damaged or faulty package or item, Say It With Flowers will arrange for a replacement gift or item to be sent to you within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact Say It With Flowers on (03) 9822 1423 or orders@sayitwithflowers.com.au within 2 days of receipt of the gift with details of the damage.

DELIVERY TIMES/LATE DELIVERIES

We provide our best estimates for delivery times, and we cannot provide or guarantee specific delivery dates and times. Refunds will not be given for deliveries made outside of approximate delivery times. If a delay is a result of our error, we will refund delivery costs immediately and work to resolve the issue asap.

DELIVERIES TO HOSPITALS

Due to the Corona virus, some Hospitals are not accepting deliveries - please check with the Hospital before placing your order. We will need precise delivery instructions including Hospital Name, Ward, Recipient Name (and any other name they may be known by). Please consider discharge times as patients may have been discharged before your gift arrives and re-delivery fees will apply if they have left the hospital and delivery was attempted.

GIFTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL

Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over.

SHIPPING TIMES/LATE DELIVERIES

Our shipping orders are sent via an external third party contractor and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Refunds will not be given for deliveries made outside of approximate delivery dates.

Due to COVID-19 there are delays in all courier and postal services it impossible to guarantee normal delivery times. Depending on your destination (city/regional) please allow up to an extra 2 weeks for delivery.

If a delay is a result of our error, we will refund delivery costs immediately and work to resolve the issue asap.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Say It With Flowers within 5 business days of receipt of goods for a replacement (if available/suitable) or store credit. Please email details of the faulty product request to orders@sayitwithflowers.com.au for approval and assistance. Failure to claim within this period constitutes full acceptance of the goods.

Returns, credits or refunds apply only if authorised by Say It With Flowers Management. When returning an authorised item it must be in the original packaging in which they were shipped. To expedite claims, please include a detailed description of reason for claim and include image of fault. If upon return to Say It With Flowers it is evident the claim is invalid, a restocking fee may be applied.

We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care

Any refund is made back to the payment option you used for your original order. No refunds or credits for incorrect choice or change of mind.
